REFUNDS: No refunds will be given after January 8th for any reason.
AWARDS:
50% Medals for Levels 4 – 6. Top 3 Levels 7 – 10.
Team Banners based on numbers (No Team Fee)
AGE GROUPS: Will be determined based on the number of entries
TEAM AWARDS:
Team Awards will be all age groups combine for that level.

REFUND POLICY
In the UNLIKELY event the meet is canceled, refunds will be issued as follows.
(On or before the date Eagle’s Wings is notified):
December 31st – 100% refund for all entries
January 1st – 7th – 75% refund for all entries
January 8th – 15th — 50% refund for all entries
After January 16th we are inside of two weeks, at that time, if the meet is cancelled, we will give back what we can but we don’t have an exact percentage.
